We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of impactful, large-scale architectural projects. Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the successful delivery of multiple large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with client needs, organizational goals, and sustainability principles.
• Guide project teams through all phases, from concept to completion, maintaining focus on quality, timelines, and budget.

• Provide strategic input to navigate complex project challenges and opportunities.
• Leverage business acumen and industry knowledge to identify growth and improvement areas.

• Ensure all deliverables meet UNS standards of design and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with design teams to maintain architectural integrity while addressing technical considerations.

• Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring financial performance aligns with expectations.
• Negotiate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

• Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements, especially in the Middle East region and under LDC contracts.

• Act as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Foster open communication and build strong relationships for project success.

• Coordinate and mentor multidisciplinary project teams, promoting collaboration and professional growth.

• Embed sustainability principles in all project aspects.
• Encourage innovative design and execution approaches to contribute positively to the built environment.

• Manage permit applications and obtain necessary approvals.
