Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Al Ain United Arab Emirates. As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering complex projects from inception to completion ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines and budget constraints.

  • Lead and manage multiple largescale projects simultaneously ensuring successful delivery within scope, time and budget
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including resource allocation, risk management and quality control measures
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders and clients to define project objectives, requirements and deliverables
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to senior management and key stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success
  • Manage project budgets including forecasting, cost control and financial reporting
  • Mentor and guide junior project team members fostering their professional development
  • Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies
  • Analyze project performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors and partners
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Project Management, Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management preferably in the built environment or construction industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing largescale complex projects
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Advanced organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Primavera or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a detail‑oriented approach
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances and make informed decisions under pressure
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Professional accreditation (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2 or similar) is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project management
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
