We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our organization in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the pre‑contract phase of design projects, ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders, consultants, and internal teams. You will be responsible for translating client requirements into actionable design strategies while maintaining rigorous attention to detail, budget constraints, and timeline objectives. This position demands a decisive leader who can analyze complex design proposals, mitigate risks, and establish a strong foundation for successful project execution.
