Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our consultancy team. The successful candidate will oversee the daily delivery and execution of consultancy services under client contracts. This role involves resource and workload planning, KPIs, deliverables, and building rapport with clients and the consulting team.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Represent the company with clients and subcontractors during program execution, interfacing with management and client personnel.
  2. Negotiate changes to project scope with clients and subcontractors.
  3. Market and secure additional work with clients.
  4. Follow up on instructions and commitments related to the project.
  5. Participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and support public meetings for clients.
  6. Oversee the establishment of Project Execution, Health and Safety, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plans.
  7. Establish program requirements and monitor draft and final deliverables for compliance.
  8. Plan, direct, supervise, and control all functions of the assigned project.
  9. Advise management on field engineering, construction methods, and financial matters.
  10. Collaborate with managers and engineers to develop budgets, schedules, and plans.
  11. Ensure project goals are met or exceeded.
  12. Develop and implement action plans for cost overruns or delays.
  13. Maintain current change orders.
  14. Monitor and report project progress, milestones, and conditions affecting cost or schedule.
  15. Conduct weekly project status meetings.
  16. Handle other responsibilities as appropriate.
  17. Use technical knowledge to develop effective solutions for complex problems.
  18. Address less routine technical problems with limited supervision.
  19. Lead proposal development for routine or moderately complex projects.
  20. Maintain client relationships to ensure loyalty and repeat work.
  21. Lead project teams to achieve milestones, assign tasks, and supervise activities.
  22. Train team members and provide feedback on performance.
  23. Recommend resource requirements and influence decisions.
  24. Provide guidance to interns and input on performance reviews.
