Role Overview:
The project manager will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, scope, and to high-quality standards. Effective project management enhances business efficiency, increases project success rates, reduces risks and costs, keeps projects on track, and maintains customer satisfaction.
This role is vital for AMO to deliver quality service and high value to our key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and guide national security and other internal projects from initiation to completion.
2. Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
3. Plan and coordinate project schedules, goals, milestones, and assign tasks.
4. Coordinate resources for successful project execution, working with internal teams to ensure efficiency.
5. Develop detailed project plans to track progress and make adjustments as needed.
6. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
7. Report and escalate management issues to senior management as necessary.
8. Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, including regular status updates.
9. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
10. Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule and work plan.
11. Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress.
12. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.
13. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements:

1. FRENCH language proficiency.
2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
3. At least 8-10+ years of experience as a project manager.
4. (Preferably) Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
5. Solid technical background with the ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Good analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
8. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with teams, other IT areas, and clients.
