Overview

Lead and manage multi-disciplinary construction activities for large Oil & Gas projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards. Manage project planning, execution, and financial oversight while ensuring compliance with FIDIC contracts and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Lead execution of complex Oil & Gas EPC projects, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, while managing budgets, schedules, and multi-disciplinary teams. Responsible for managing high-rise tower projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality standards with strong leadership and communication skills. Manage large-scale infrastructure projects including water transmission systems, oversee construction, budget control, and ensure compliance with local authority requirements. Manage construction projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, budgets, and quality controls while leading teams and communicating with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multi-disciplinary construction activities on large Oil & Gas projects with focus on schedule, budget, and quality.
• Manage project planning, execution, and financial oversight with compliance to FIDIC contracts and stakeholder relationship management.
• Lead execution of complex Oil & Gas EPC projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, safety, and quality across teams.
• Oversee high-rise tower projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality standards while providing strong leadership and communication.
• Manage large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., water transmission systems), budget control, construction oversight, and compliance with local authorities.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, budgets, and quality controls while leading project teams and communicating with clients.
• Coordinate risk management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) with proven management experience.
• Extensive experience in Infrastructure, Construction, and Large-scale projects (e.g., villa, residential, or industrial developments).
• Proficiency in project management software and tools; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
