Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing diverse ICT initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to navigate the challenges of a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them promptly.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, issues, and performance.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects adhere to the highest quality standards and meet the requirements of the organization and clients.

Qualifications & Education Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing multiple complex ICT projects, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is required.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience with ICT infrastructure (DCs, Networking, AV, Physical Security, Storage, Servers) projects and cybersecurity Projects. OT exposure is a plus .
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to C-level executives and diverse audiences.
• Presentation Skills: Strong presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Stress Management: Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
