Job summary

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai seeks an experienced Project Planning & Logistics Manager for Dubai. The role oversees project scheduling, GCC freight coordination, procurement, and supplier management to ensure on-time delivery and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in project-based, logistics or supply chain environments, with strong regional knowledge and negotiation skills. On-site position with travel across GCC.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in project-based, manufacturing, events, logistics or related operations.
• Strong understanding of local and international freight operations, customs requirements and GCC/MENA regulations.
• Proven ability to source suppliers, negotiate contracts and monitor supplier performance.
• Experience managing project schedules, mobilisation requirements, resources, materials and equipment.
• Proficient with logistics, project management software and related tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with suppliers, contractors and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and monitor detailed project execution schedules, track progress and identify delays and risks.
• Coordinate local and international freight movements across the GCC with customs brokers and freight forwarders.
• Source and book trucks, monitor movements, oversee loading and coordinate end-to-end logistics to delivery.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation including forms, customs requirements and approvals.
• Source and procure goods and services, evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms and ensure quality and delivery standards.
• Monitor supplier production schedules, lead times and delivery dates, following up to prevent delays.
• Prepare project mobilisation plans covering procurement, materials, manpower, equipment and logistics resources.
• Organise crew allocation, travel itineraries, accommodation and work permits; ensure HSE training.
• Maintain records for vehicles, machinery, and equipment, coordinate servicing and renewals.
• Monitor site progress and coordinate with project managers and warehouse teams to maintain daily reporting.
• Willingness and ability to travel across GCC countries as required to support project operations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
