Job summary

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai is assisting a UAE-based client seeking a Manager Project Planning & Logistics to oversee procurement, scheduling, and freight operations across the GCC. The role focuses on coordinating complex, multi-project logistics, supplier management and on-site support for events and projects in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in project-based manufacturing, events, logistics or related operations.
• Strong knowledge of local and GCC freight operations and customs.
• Proven ability to source suppliers, negotiate contracts and manage purchasing.
• Experience in coordinating project schedules, mobilization, resources and deadlines.
• Proficiency with logistics project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with external parties.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project execution schedules.
• Coordinate local and international freight movements across GCC.
• Source and book transport, monitor movements and coordinate import/export.
• Prepare shipping documentation and manage customs requirements.
• Procure goods and services, evaluate suppliers and negotiate terms.
• Monitor supplier performance and adjust procurement plans.
• Prepare mobilisation plans covering materials, manpower and equipment.
• Organise crew allocation, travel arrangements, visas and site permits.
• Maintain records for fleet, machinery and equipment and manage licenses.
• Provide daily progress reporting and resolve operational shortfalls.
