Our Project Finance and Infrastructure Advisory (PFIA) team advises clients on financial, procurement, strategic, and public-private partnership issues for large-scale infrastructure projects and programs. Join this team to support clients from initial analysis and project evaluation to procurement, financial close, construction, and operations. You will help devise and compare financial plans and delivery approaches involving public, federal, or private financing, project revenues, and grants, assisting clients in implementing these plans.

The opportunity

We’re seeking a dynamic Infrastructure Advisory professional to join our PFIA team within the Strategy and Transactions (SAT) group. As part of our team, you will develop your commercial skills working with our global network and emerging clients. Our diverse portfolio will enhance your abilities in pitching, relationship management, and challenging assumptions. Your key responsibilities

You will assist clients in developing and implementing strategies for large-scale infrastructure projects. This includes advising on structuring and closing financing deals, negotiating contract terms, and demonstrating a deep understanding of funding, financing, and delivery mechanisms at various government levels. Mentoring junior team members will also be a key part of your role.

Skills and attributes for success

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of public-private partnerships (PPP), concessions, project financing structures, and financial modeling. A strong understanding of economic or social infrastructure procurement and delivery is also valued.

To qualify for the role you must have

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience
• Experience with large infrastructure projects and project management skills
• Experience in feasibility studies, structuring transactions, and related documentation
• Proven analytical skills, including financial modeling
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
• A strong desire for professional development in infrastructure finance and policy

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience in advisory firms, infrastructure providers, banks, or government agencies
• Professional qualifications such as CP3P or CFA are advantageous
