Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Project Engineer to support and execute engineering activities across the full project lifecycle—from concept to handover—while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets.

The role requires coordination with engineering disciplines, licensors, contractors, and operations to meet ADNOC standards and deliver projects on time. A bachelor's degree in engineering and 6+ years in oil & gas project engineering are required.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to coordinate and support multi-disciplinary project execution.
• Experience coordinating with licensors, contractors, vendors and operations.
• Proactive identification of engineering and execution risks.
• Ability to ensure technical compliance and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of project delivery from concept through to commissioning and handover.
• Assist in development of SOR and project execution strategies.
• Review contractor deliverables and ensure compliance with scope and specs.
• Monitor progress and identify bottlenecks with corrective actions.
• Support risk analysis, safety and quality compliance across activities.
• Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
