Job Description

Senior project engineers plan, coordinate, and monitor a project, from the initial conception to the schedule and final completion and play a key supporting role to the Project Manager to ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day execution of major projects or to act as project in-charge for minor projects.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to streamline project delivery, mitigating risks and enhancing collaboration.
• Lead the planning and execution of onshore engineering projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications and budget constraints.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to inform project decisions and optimize workflows.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones through effective resource allocation.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors, to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Implement quality control measures to uphold the integrity of project deliverables and adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Prepare detailed project documentation, including reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
