Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of multi-disciplined oil and gas projects in Abu Dhabi. You will provide planning, contracting and on-site construction support from inception through handover, ensuring safe, on-time and within-budget delivery.

The role requires 8+ years in similar oil & gas positions, a Bachelor degree in Engineering, and strong knowledge of project management, contracts and risk handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.
• 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas project roles.

Responsibilities

• Create Acquisition Requests and develop contracting strategy.
• Develop project scope of work in line with approved packages.
• Review budget estimates and identify optimization opportunities.
• Review Technical Queries raised by contractor.
• Participate in tender evaluations against specs.
• Accompany contractors on site to survey work and assess facilities.
• Develop project execution strategy with Site teams.
• Monitor progress against plan: scope, schedule, cost, EV, and quality.
• Manage change orders, contractor claims, and variations with approvals.
• Manage project risks and update risk register.
• Monitor expenditure and milestone payments with contractors.
• Ensure EPC contractors comply with HSE and contracts.
• Ensure submission of deliverables: drawings, MS, MARs, ITPs, etc.
• Participate in FAT/SAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning.
• Review completion certificates with asset owner.
• Review contractor performance per procedures.
• Prepare close-out reports capturing lessons-learned.
