Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead delivery of Pre-FEED, FEED, Detailed Design and EPCM for oil and gas projects. This role emphasizes coordinating engineering interfaces, schedules, and interfaces between teams, vendors and the client.

Experience in upstream/downstream facilities, brownfield work, and ADNOC-related projects is highly valued. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and professional registration are preferred, with a strong HSE and quality focus

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
Professional membership or registration such as Chartered Engineer or Professional Engineer is desirable.
Project management, engineering management, HSE or discipline-specific qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities during Pre-FEED, FEED and Detailed Design to support timely delivery of work packages.
Maintain interfaces between project management, engineering, project controls, procurement, construction, commissioning, vendors and the customer.
Maintain engineering schedules, deliverable registers, action trackers and project reports.
Monitor engineering progress, resource requirements and emerging scope or schedule issues and escalate when needed.
Coordinate reviews of deliverables, ensure comments and actions are assigned and closed.
Support changes, risk management and technical queries throughout the project lifecycle.
