Senior Project Engineer (Oil & Gas) - Dubai

Responsibilities:

1. Resource planning and developing the project schedules with support from Project Manager.
2. Project management starting from pre-bid to delivery as per agreed scope of contract or PO.
3. Interdepartmental co-ordination for proposal submission to Sales team on time.
4. Develop, review and get client approval on Design Basis, Process design calculation, P&ID for equipment datasheets, valves and other component datasheets for the skid mounted packages.
5. Equipment sizing, Line sizing and selection, Pump hydraulic calculations etc.

Monitor and Control:

1. Reporting to the Project Manager, must be capable of managing and handling clients.
2. Monitor the execution of the work, identifying any risks or opportunities in a timely manner.
3. Ensure Change management process is followed in case of any post order changes.
4. Ensure that the project documentation is correctly maintained.
5. Controlling quality and benefits realization.
6. Co-ordination with clients, sub-vendors and other project stakeholders for smooth functioning of project.

HSE:

1. Coordinate and support team members for implementing & monitoring the environmental management programs.
2. Ensuring compliance obligations are identified.
3. Ensuring compliance obligations are met.
4. Devising strategies to meet targets and to encourage best practice.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. 7+ years of working experience in Chemical dosing injection packages, Oil & Gas Modular packages, Process packages, Water treatment packages, Wellhead Control Panels, Hydraulic power units would be preferred.
2. Exposure to Saudi Aramco/ADNOC/PDO/KOC/Shell/ONGC company specifications would be considered as added advantage.
3. Knowledge of international codes and standards required to execute the project like ASME, API, IEC.
4. Familiarity with budgeting and a keen understanding of industry-specific terminology, rules, and regulations.
5. Experience in Oil and Gas Industry is Mandatory.
6. Familiar with SIL, HAZOP, Hazardous area classifications and its requirements would be preferred.
