Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a solid background in retail and F&B fit-out projects and strong hands-on knowledge of MEP systems and coordination. The selected candidate will lead projects from start to finish ensuring smooth execution client satisfaction and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage interior fit-out projects from mobilisation to handover
  

• Plan and oversee execution of MEP works ensuring compliance with technical standards and authority requirements
  

• Act as the primary client liaison conducting meetings site inspections and progress updates
  

• Supervise in-house teams across all trades (MEP civil carpentry etc.)
  

• Allocate manpower and resources across multiple ongoing projects
  

• Prepare and deliver detailed project reports dashboards and handover documents
  

• Maintain quality standards safety compliance and timely project delivery
  

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Dubai in interior fit-out (retail/F&B)
  

• Proven track record in project management with in-house execution teams
  

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and coordination with subcontractors
  

• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  

• Ability to produce professional project reports and documentation
