Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer with a background in fit-out to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee project execution, ensure quality standards, and coordinate across teams to bring each project vision to life with precision and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of fit-out projects from concept through completion.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Oversee on-site operations, ensuring work is completed on schedule and to the highest standards.
• Monitor and control project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Resolve any technical or logistical issues that arise during the project.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project engineering, specifically within the fit-out or interior design industry.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, high-end interior projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
