Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of Life Safety Systems.

1. Identify, resolve, or escalate operational problems to minimize delays.
2. Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
3. Estimate costs, resources, and time required for project phases; monitor activities, allocate resources, and assign tasks to meet targets.
4. Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project staff to achieve milestones.
5. Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports on project status.
6. Coordinate resource allocation, material delivery, and invoicing.
