Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and schedules ensuring milestones align with client expectations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time execution.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments with mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets and track expenditures to maintain viability.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and address concerns.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality assurance.
• Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and teams to resolve conflicts.
• Oversee procurement of materials and resources for timely delivery.
• Lead project meetings and document outcomes for future reference.
• Document processes and outcomes creating a lessons-learned repository.
