NOW HIRING A SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER

Our client is a leading Fit-Out Contractor based in Dubai. It has a diverse portfolio across sectors such as Hospitality, Residential, and Commercial, and is involved in some of the most exciting projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules specific to interior fit-out works.
• Provide engineering and technical support to ensure all fit-out works align with specifications, drawings, and client expectations.
• Oversee daily site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved plans.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials and services.
• Monitor and inspect works to ensure they meet project specifications, industry standards, and company quality procedures.
• Support the project manager in tracking project costs, minimizing waste, and ensuring budget adherence.
• Ensure that all site activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, changes, and issues; prepare regular progress reports.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to align expectations and resolve issues.
• Identify potential issues early and work proactively to resolve them to avoid project delays.
