Purpose:Senior Engineer in charge of the PMS and PGS Projects installations, commissioning and Maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Develop project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
- Conduct Site survey and project equipment and installations estimation.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
- Assign tasks, monitor team progress, and provide technical guidance and support as needed. Provide technical expertise and direction to the team, ensuring the quality and accuracy of engineering work.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review project status, address challenges, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.
- Oversee the project performance with regards to time, cost, HSE and ensure timely delivery of project by meeting quality standards
- Generate and update project progress reports, planned value, invoice projection and cash flow projection and follow up on the same.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and contractors, ensuring clear and timely communication by addressing client concerns, feedback, and change requests.
- Inspect workplace environments, equipment, or practices to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations
- Prepare PPM schedule/Plan and conduct the equipment maintenance as per the SLA
- Delegate the timely implementation of approved modifications and ensure that the configuration status of equipment and mechanical setup is up to date and technically managed.
- Conduct business risk evaluation and take actions on opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement within project operations.
- Monthly updates on KPI to meet with strategic objectives of the organization
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in computer systems maintenance processes (corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, health check and deployment)
- Experience with software applications and APIs is advantageous.
- Proficient in both Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Knowledgeable in computer networking and infrastructure.
- Well-versed in support processes and best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Information Technology, Electronic or Electrical) is required.
- Preferably with a parking industry background.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project engineering, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- PMP or other project management certification is required.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
