Position Type : Contract (3 years)

Job Purpose

Develop, plan, coordinate, facilitate, monitor, and manage multidiscipline projects in liaison with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Engineering, Onshore Operations, Production Offshore, External Affairs, and the Procurement team. Effectively carry out project management responsibilities to ensure that assigned projects are completed safely, economically, and successfully within the approved budget and timeframe.

Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in and contribute to all phases of the project from conceptual design to detailed engineering, procurement, permits, construction, and system operation.
2. Responsible for technical evaluation of bids.
3. Manage and contribute to one or more projects simultaneously from definition to handover.
4. Ensure timely completion of approved projects at minimum cost, adhering to technical specifications, company policies, objectives, procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality, health, safety standards.
5. Review all proposed engineering designs and manage the process of conceptual and detailed design.
6. Develop contracting strategies, work scopes, and support the Supply Chain team for contracting (engineering, construction, etc.) and procurement.
7. Ensure construction contractors and vendors comply with scope of work, schedule, design, specifications, safety procedures, environmental procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

• 10+ years in project-related roles on medium to large oil and gas facilities.
