About Your Team

This role sits within the Project Execution Department and reports directly to the Project Manager. The department is responsible for end-to-end project delivery across all phases of data centre construction. The team consists of Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and Foremen, working closely with planning, commercial, and MEP teams.

Your Role

Manage all engineering deliverables for the assigned scope – ensuring statutory and consultant approvals, timely procurement and submittals, and rigorous drafting / validation controls – so that the project is handed over fully compliant, on programme and within cost targets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with design specifications and project requirements
• Manage material submittals, approvals, and procurement tracking
• Coordinate with drafting teams and validate shop drawings
• Support site installation, testing, and commissioning activities
• Maintain quality standards and HSE compliance on-site
• Monitor and report progress, risks, and technical issues
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Contribute to project meetings and technical documentation

Skills and Competencies

• Strong in drawing control, procurement, QA / QC, planning, commercial and HSE processes
• Advanced in MS Office and Autodesk Revit; familiar with local & international MEP codes
• BIM 360 / CDE platform experience
• Primavera P6 or MS Project proficiency
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience
• 10+ years’ experience in engineering roles within construction or fit-out projects
