Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on all MEP assets and systems within the client's facility.
2. Ensure delivery of all maintenance tasks in accordance with service level specifications.
3. Coordinate with the Operations Manager to plan and schedule daily maintenance activities.
4. Supervise and control smooth operations of maintenance activities at site(s).
5. Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Perform additional tasks as directed by the line manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Senior Project Engineer in the UAE, preferably with a reputable organization.
• UAE driving license with own car (preferred).
• Strong team leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Exceptional planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills.
