Work Performed:

1. Review deliverables list from Contractor, comparing this with contractual deliverables and scheduled deliverables.
2. Control, monitor and report Contractor’s performance against the schedule.
3. Keep track of all technical communication between Contractor/Licensors and Company/Licensors.
4. Keep track of all Notes of Meetings related to the scope.
5. Maintain an Action Log for the scope and report to PM the open actions.
6. Follow up and report on all Licensor deliverables and report to PM and Process Manager 1 day before the weekly management meeting with Contractor.
7. Ensure proper filing of all documents related to the scope.
8. Enforce the Management of Change process.
9. Prepare the Weekly Report for PM approval.
10. Prepare BPSC presentation materials in collaboration with the Process Manager for PM approval.
11. Prepare Monthly Report in collaboration with Process Manager for PM approval.
12. Ensure effective liaison and coordination by Contractor between all parties.
13. Ensure that all tasks assigned by the Project Manager are completed on time and within budget.
14. Attend internal/external Project reviews and other meetings as necessary.
15. Keep up to date with and adhere to Company and Project related procedures.
16. Attend internal progress and engineering meetings as required with the Contractors and Licensors.
17. Participate in continuous risk analysis of the engineering works.
18. Ensure all deliverables and other requirements in ADNOC VAP procedure are fulfilled.
19. Track all VAP proposals.
20. Support the Process Manager with any confidential issues.
21. Support the Process Manager with all tasks assigned.
22. Responsible for preparing confidentiality procedures within the area for PM approval.
23. Run confidential trainings and keep record of all NDA and individuals trained within the area.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering (or equivalent).
• Working experience as Project Engineer.
• Knowledge in the technology selected or eager to learn.
• Previous knowledge of preparing and implementing Process Engineering Plans, schedules and Quality Control.
• Full understanding of the FEED contract.
• Understanding of License agreement with Licensor of the technology.
• Champion for the confidentiality within the area.
