Job description

• Lead E&I engineering activities for assigned projects.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to ADNOC’s project execution procedures and standards.
• Oversee the design, procurement, and construction phases of E&I systems.
• Review and approve engineering deliverables, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil, mechanical, and HSE departments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for ADNOC and project stakeholders.
• Prepare and present progress reports, ensuring transparency in project status.
• Address and resolve technical issues with clients and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects meet ADNOC’s quality standards and international codes.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
• Oversee inspections and audits to maintain compliance.
• Promote and enforce ADNOC’s safety policies on-site.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and industry best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas E&I projects, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
• Previous experience with ADNOC projects is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in E&I design software (e.g., ETAP, AutoCAD).
• Strong understanding of ADNOC’s specifications, standards, and HSE practices.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred).
