Job summary

BeWunder is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead high-profile Spatial Experience projects in the UAE and beyond. This senior role focuses on driving complex turnkey initiatives with precision, ethics, and commercial clarity.

You will oversee schedules, budgets, and client relationships, aligning cross-functional teams through all project phases. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in entertainment and cultural installations, strong leadership, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering turnkey projects in the entertainment/cultural sector.
• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Audiovisual Engineering is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Audio/Video/Lighting systems and large-scale installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of complex international projects from tender to close-out, with full organization and control.
• Develop and implement the master project schedule across all phases.
• Monitor quality, deadlines, and cost control; report to stakeholders.
• Conduct project reviews and detailed reporting for internal and external audiences.
• Lead multiple projects from pre-construction through completion; ensure governance compliance.
