Job summary

Azizi is seeking a Project Director to lead a super high-rise construction project in the UAE. You will drive planning, execution, monitoring, and closing while aligning with client vision, budget, and regulatory standards.

You will coordinate with design teams, contractors, and authorities to ensure milestones are met, manage the budget, and guide a team of engineers, planners, and procurement specialists toward successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Oversee all project phases from planning to closing, ensuring alignment with client vision, budget, timeline and quality standards.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities to deliver milestones.
• Develop and implement comprehensive PM plans with deliverables, milestones and resource needs.
• Communicate regularly with clients and senior management on progress and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project from inception to completion, meeting scope, budget, and timelines.
• Define vision, goals and KPIs aligned with client objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans and ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation to maintain the schedule.
• Oversee budgets, procurement, and contract management.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors and internal teams to achieve targets.
