Job summary

The role focuses on delivering large PV power projects (500MW+) with BESS exposure, coordinating EPC contractors, and guiding projects through construction and delivery phases.

The ideal candidate will drive project execution, manage complex stakeholder interfaces, and ensure compliance with HSE standards and contracts within the GCC region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management leadership in the Energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop project delivery strategies and manage budgets and construction costs.
• Oversee delivery performance of project companies and EPC contractors.
• Monitor delays, risks, and technical issues; report to senior management.
• Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance for readiness and compliance.
• Build relationships with EPC contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate transfer of resources and knowledge across projects.
