Job summary

Terracotta is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a leading UAE power and energy infrastructure organization. On-site in Abu Dhabi, this long-term consulting assignment runs until August 2027 with potential extension.

You will provide strategic contract governance, commercial support, and stakeholder governance across project lifecycles, including EPC contracts and FIDIC standard terms, while serving as interim contract manager on the owner’s side.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of contract management experience on large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, FIDIC terms, claims management, and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Govern contract governance & portfolio oversight across major infrastructure projects.
• Act as interim Project Company Contract Manager with autonomy in early execution stages.
• Support business development through review of key contractual documentation and risk allocation.
