Job summary

Hill International is seeking a Project Coordinator for a large-scale mixed-use development project based in Abu Dhabi. The role requires coordinating between multidisciplinary teams, maintaining schedules, and monitoring progress to ensure deliverables align with milestones.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in engineering or related field, 15+ years of experience, and fluency in English and Arabic; experience with PMC/Consultants or major developers is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Urban Planning, or a related field
• Project Management, Coordination, or Administration certifications would be considered a plus
• Advanced training in Scheduling, Document Control, or Project Controls is preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Digital Document Management Systems
• Fluent English and Arabic communication skills are essential
• 15+ years of experience
• Preferably worked with reputable PMC/Consultants
• Experience supporting large-scale Development, Infrastructure, Urban Planning, or Mixed-Use projects
• Strong experience in Project Coordination, Project Administration, and Progress Monitoring
• Experience maintaining Project Schedules, Milestone Trackers, and Deliverable Logs
• Proven ability to coordinate between multidisciplinary teams, Consultants, Contractors, and Stakeholders
• Strong background in Document Control, Correspondence Management, Approvals Tracking, and Reporting
• Experience monitoring project deliverables against approved schedules and identifying potential delays or risks
• Ability to organize and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and follow-up actions
• Experience preparing periodic progress reports and status updates for Management
• Knowledge of Procurement Documentation, Variation Requests, Payment Processing, and Project Compliance Procedures
• Strong Stakeholder Management, Communication, and Organizational Skills
• Experience maintaining audit-ready project documentation and records
• Must be capable of coordinating activities across Masterplanning, Infrastructure, Operations, Commercial, and Interface teams
• Experience within large-scale Infrastructure, Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Urban Development, or Mixed-Use Developments
