Job summary

Sobha Group is seeking a Senior IC in Structural BIM coordination for large-scale residential and high-rise projects. The role demands deep BIM expertise, strong supervision, and an ability to drive cross-discipline coordination on GCC site programs.

Ideal candidates bring extensive Revit/Navisworks experience, leadership, and a proven track record of delivering complex structural detailing within demanding timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• 12–15 years of experience in structural design coordination including rebar detailing.
• At least 4 years in BIM-Structural detailing.
• Proven track record in large-scale residential or high-rise projects, preferably with GCC site work experience.
