Job summary

LanceSoft Middle East is hiring a Senior Project Coordinator in Dubai to drive planning, execution and monitoring of assigned initiatives within business planning and product development.

You will translate strategic priorities into structured project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure milestones and deliverables are tracked for timely delivery and governance improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Professional certification or training in project management, business planning, performance management, or process improvement is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of project coordination methodologies, reporting frameworks, stakeholder coordination and project documentation practices.

• Years of Experience Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in project coordination, project management support, business planning, performance reporting, or cross-functional initiative delivery.

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for coordinating the planning, execution, monitoring and timely delivery of assigned projects, frameworks and initiatives related to business planning, corporate performance management and product development.

The role works closely with management, cross-functional teams and initiative owners to translate strategic priorities into structured project plans, ensure effective follow-up on milestones and deliverables, support performance reporting, and contribute to the continuous improvement of project governance, processes and outcomes.
