Job summary

China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Company Limited - Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned project controls professional to establish budgets, baselines, and cash flow projections for complex pipeline EPC projects. You will monitor EVM metrics, prepare MPRs and dashboards, and maintain Level 3/4 schedules using Primavera P6.

Ideal candidates have CCP/PMP/PSP certification, oil and gas pipeline experience, and proficiency in advanced Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Relevant oil and gas pipeline project experience is preferred.
• CCP, PMP, or PSP certification is an advantage.

• Establish project budgets, cost baselines, cash flow forecasts, and monthly cost reports.
• Monitor EVM metrics and prepare monthly progress reports and dashboards.

Establish project budgets cost baselines cash flow forecasts and monthly cost reports Monitor EVM metrics including ACWP BCWS BCWP CPI SPI EAC and ETC Develop and maintain Level 3 Level 4 project schedules using Primavera P6 Track pipeline construction progress including RoW trenching stringing welding NDT lowering-in backfilling HDD and hydrotesting Conduct critical path analysis schedule recovery planning and productivity monitoring Manage change control registers subcontractor claims variations delay analysis and EOT requests Perform cost and schedule risk analysis including Monte Carlo simulations Prepare Monthly Progress Reports MPR S-curves dashboards and manpower equipment histograms Strong experience in project controls, cost engineering, and planning for pipeline EPC projects.Proficiency in Primavera P6, Advanced Excel, and Power BI.Knowledge of Deltek Cobra, EcoSys, SAP PS, Safran Risk, or similar tools is preferred.Familiarity with AACE, PMI-PMBOK, API 1104, and ASME B31.4/B31.8 standards.
