Ripple Treasury is seeking a Program Manager to guide multi-solution client implementations across the Middle East from Dubai. You’ll translate strategies into structured delivery plans, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure client outcomes are achieved on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 2 years in enterprise SaaS or professional services.
• Experience managing multi-solution programs with remote and global teams.
• Strong collaboration and C-suite stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with Systems Integrators or global consulting firms.
• Understanding of treasury, cash management, or financial risk processes.

Responsibilities

• Own program-level delivery across a portfolio of Ripple Treasury implementations in the Middle East.
• Serve as senior point of contact for client program sponsors and executives.
• Develop and maintain program plans, RAID logs, and reports.
• Identify and manage cross-project dependencies and risks; drive issue resolution.
• Facilitate executive status updates and steering committee meetings.
• Mentor and support Project Managers and consultants.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Consulting, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Champion governance and continuous improvement across delivery lifecycle.
