Operations

The Opportunity : The Academic Program Coordinator supports the Campus Dean, Program Deans, and Registrar to ensure a meaningful academic journey for Hult graduate students. This full-time, on-site role focuses on driving program excellence, enhancing student satisfaction, and supporting faculty to deliver a seamless experience. The Coordinator supports the student and faculty journey across specific programs, working closely with the Academic team to provide administrative and logistical support, organize events, monitor student progress, and support quality assurance processes under supervision.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist with daily operations of assigned academic programs and course coordination.
  • Support faculty with administrative tasks, course preparation, and quality checks.
  • Maintain faculty data and ensure course pages are up-to-date and compliant with standards.
  • Coordinate academic meetings and address faculty inquiries.
  • Organize student extracurricular activities and academic events.
  • Support academic initiatives, workshops, guest speakers, and industry events.
  • Track guest speakers and alumni engagements.
  • Coordinate with Business Challenge clients and student teams.
  • Assist with recruitment and scheduling of Course Assistants and facilitators.
  • Support orientation, graduation, and student training events.
  • Monitor student progress and attendance in collaboration with Registry and Deans.
  • Manage communications to students via systems and email newsletters.
  • Advise students on academic matters and support transitions.
  • Develop presentation materials for prospective and current students.

Accreditation Support

  • Act as the point of contact with KHDA for program registration and licensing.
  • Assist with data collection and project management for accreditation processes.

Additional Responsibilities :

  • Perform other duties as assigned, including occasional weekend and evening hours for curricular events.
  • On-campus presence required at least 4 days a week, with 1 day WFH allowed, subject to change.

Qualifications and Competencies :

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • Experience in academic coordination is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of organizational, operational, or logistical experience.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and student management databases.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Canvas.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail and strong project management skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to prioritize under pressure.
  • Independent thinker with initiative and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in administration and academic environments is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Customer service-oriented, analytical, flexible, energetic, and collaborative.
