Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting or related field.
• 2+ years in project controls, cost analysis or similar role; 5 years preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and other software tools.
• Knowledge of project management principles and scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera).
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and techniques.
• Experience with accounts payable cost control and financial reporting in a project environment.
• Ability to review and audit invoices for proper coding and contractual conformity.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in construction/engineering or related industries is a plus.

• Review and audit contractor and consultant invoices for accuracy completeness and compliance with contract terms

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and techniques
• Experience with accounts payable cost control and financial reporting in a project environment
• Demonstrated ability to review and audit invoices for proper coding and contractual conformity
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience working in the construction engineering or related industries is a plus
• Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
