The role emphasizes coordinating with multiple engineering disciplines and maintaining production targets while minimizing cost and schedule impacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in production and process engineering.
• Experience with major works, site execution and commissioning.
• Ability to review engineering designs and support technical reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead major works from initiation through implementation and closeout.
• Incorporate site experience into project scopes and deliverables.
• Ensure activities align with ADNOC standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with site operations, engineering teams and contractors.
• Provide technical input for planning, scheduling and handovers.
• Identify conflicts and support safe integration of new installations.
