Qualifications

• General Diploma.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in wire production (Diploma minimum 8 years for Secondary school).
• Experience of shop-floor preparation.
• Awareness of Health And Safety.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications/ERP.
• Strong supervisory abilities.
• Arabic reading and speaking preferable.

Responsibilities

• To ensure full and also accurate Job Cards are developed by reliable supervision of the Information Entrance Operators.
• To make and also document any kind of necessary adjustments to Job Cards after assessment with the Section Head or Preparation Engineers in Planning & Keeping Track Of Department.
• To guarantee all production is documented on planning/ERP systems in conformity with reporting assumptions.
• To guarantee precision and top quality of manufacturing planning to meet requirements/product requirements by reliable tracking, taking restorative action where necessary.
• To receive item quality in line with requirements by correcting printing/embossing mistakes on the cable when required.
• Ensuring all makers are kept totally used, in order to increase performance and minimize running prices.
• Enabling competitive manufacturing efficiency with ideal utilisation of plant makers as well as schedule of the right materials/manpower for efficient job completion.
