Job summary

Al Khaznah Leathers is seeking a Senior Planning Officer to oversee production and material planning across AKT, AKM, and AKF in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Planning teams to ensure schedules, material availability, and logistics run smoothly.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years in planning or supply chain, with ERP and Excel proficiency. Leather manufacturing experience is a plus and the position is on site in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in production planning, material planning, or supply chain coordination.
• Experience in manufacturing, inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in leather, footwear, or industrial manufacturing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production plans based on order priorities and capacity.
• Coordinate material planning to ensure availability of raw materials and components.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules when required.
• Support inventory control, stock monitoring, and ERP data accuracy.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Procurement for material movement and availability.
• Support logistics coordination including deliveries and internal movements.
• Maintain planning reports, schedules, and inventory trackers.
• Lead coordination with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Operations teams.
• Identify planning risks, shortages, and delays and escalate as required.
