Job summary

Al Khaznah Leathers is seeking a Production Scheduling & Documentation role in Abu Dhabi. You will assign SKU codes, generate work orders, and coordinate leather procurement with the cutting team and tannery to keep production flowing smoothly.

Responsibilities include logging materials, maintaining transfers, and preparing daily to monthly schedules and reports for production operations, ensuring accuracy and timely updates across teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel with data entry, formulas, and logs.
• Familiar with ERP platforms and order flow into production.
• High accuracy and thoroughness in handling paperwork and records.
• Strong liaison across sales, manufacturing, and warehouse teams.
• Ability to meet daily/weekly/monthly reporting deadlines.
• Excellent written communication for schedules and reports.

Responsibilities

• Assign SKU codes and create work orders for production units.
• Draft leather requisitions, obtain sign-off, and forward to tannery.
• Keep order logs, proto logs, mock-up logs, and costing logs current for sales.
• Produce outward transfer paperwork for finished goods to Finished Goods Store.
• Draft and distribute manufacturing schedules and reports.
