Job summary

Al Khaznah Leathers in Abu Dhabi is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, and logistics, ensuring timely availability of quality materials at competitive costs.

You will work with production, finance, and operations to optimize costs, negotiate with suppliers, coordinate imports, and ensure compliance and quality across leather, chemicals, and textile inputs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience in international sourcing, supplier negotiation, and import processes.
• Knowledge of ERP/procurement systems and inventory processes.
• Experience in leather, chemical, textile, or manufacturing industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage local and international suppliers, including China-based vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Create and process purchase orders and monitor supplier deliveries.
• Coordinate imports, shipping, freight forwarding, and customs documentation.
• Maintain supplier records, procurement reports, and cost analysis.
• Work with Production, Finance, and Operations to ensure material availability.
• Ensure purchased materials meet quality, compliance, and company requirements.
