Job summary

Alfanar is seeking a Production Foreman in Dubai to supervise daily production activities, ensure safe and efficient equipment operation, and coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting with the maintenance team. The role requires 6–10 years of relevant experience and a diploma in electrical engineering.

You will lead production teams, monitor processes, and report on performance to meet quality and safety targets.

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
6–10 years of relevant experience in production/industrial operations.
Experience supervising production machinery and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Supervise operation and monitoring of production machinery to maintain smooth production.
Coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting with the maintenance team.
Monitor production processes for quality, safety, and efficiency.
Lead and develop production team members to meet targets and ensure fair task distribution.
Prepare periodic production performance reports and coordinate with departments to meet targets.
Identify and resolve routine production and equipment problems promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
Support process improvements and automation opportunities.
