About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner – (Logistics Team) who will lead key initiatives to bridge our physical retail stores with the digital commerce ecosystem—focusing especially on fast mile and last mile logistics experiences. This role is pivotal in converting offline retail customers into engaged digital shoppers, while also ensuring seamless product movement from store to doorstep.

You’ll be working at the intersection of digital innovation, logistics optimization, and customer experience—owning strategies that enhance product availability, delivery accuracy, and omni-channel convenience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define & Own Omni-Channel Logistics Roadmap:
  • Build and execute a strategic product roadmap that integrates fast mile (store-to-hub) and last mile (hub-to-customer) experiences for our omni-channel journey.
  • Drive Offline-to-Online Customer Adoption:
  • Launch initiatives that convert walk-in retail customers into active online shoppers by leveraging logistics convenience, store pickup, same-day delivery, and dynamic fulfillment options.
  • Optimize Fulfillment & Delivery Models:
  • Work closely with supply chain, operations, and technology teams to enhance delivery speed, inventory visibility, order accuracy, and reduce delivery friction for both first-time and repeat customers.
  • Leverage Data for Impactful Decisions:
  • Use behavioral and logistics data to identify drop-offs, fulfillment issues, and customer preferences—informing new features, process improvements, and logistics touchpoints.
  • Collaborate Across Functions:
  • Partner with Retail Ops, Tech, Marketing, UX, and Customer Service to create an integrated product experience across channels—from discovery to post-purchase.
  • Enable Growth via Innovation:
  • Run A/B tests and pilots to evaluate new logistics and engagement models—like hyperlocal delivery, curbside pickup, and AI-based order routing.
  • Customer Education & Incentivization:
  • Design and roll out features and programs that motivate in-store customers to explore our digital channels—via loyalty rewards, convenience-focused experiences, and targeted campaigns.
  • Own Key KPIs:
  • Deliver measurable impact by driving KPIs such as offline-to-online conversion, fulfillment success rates, average delivery time reduction, and growth in repeat digital transactions.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 7–10 years of product ownership experience in e-commerce, logistics tech, or omni-channel retail, preferably in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven success in building products focused on fast mile/last mile logistics, order routing, and cross-channel customer journeys.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment, warehousing, delivery models, and retail operations.
  • Hands-on experience working with cross-functional agile squads (Tech, Ops, UX, and Marketing).
  • Strong data literacy: ability to analyze metrics, understand customer behavior, and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in leading experimentation (A/B testing, pilot programs) for continuous optimization.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Conversion rate of in-store customers to digital shoppers
  • Increase in digitally-initiated orders from previously offline-only customers
  • Reduction in delivery TAT across last mile
  • Increase in successful fast-mile pickups and store-level fulfillment accuracy
  • App engagement, NPS, and repeat online orders
