Senior Product Marketing Manager Salesforce

Role Description

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive view of the market, understanding our customers, and driving marketing strategies that meet customer needs. This role specializes in developing and executing launch, demand generation, sales enablement, and awareness strategies for our services. You will work closely with Product Management, Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing, and our partner community to deliver exceptional engagement with our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key partner to the product management and engineering teams, helping craft, define, and modify our roadmap based on customer and market activity.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce channel and sales teams to promote Salesforce integration within Salesforce’s internal sales team.
  • Work with the demand generation team to develop compelling content and positioning for outbound programs.
  • Act as a thought leader about the market, contributing to the company’s blog and social media outlets. Deliver presentations at events that showcase how our products and services address real problems.
  • Uphold our core values and maintain our unique company culture.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of relevant marketing or management experience, preferably in marketing technology products.
  • Experience with technical products and the ability to communicate effectively with technical audiences, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Ability to plan high-impact activities and manage complex projects across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and visual.
  • A proactive self-starter with a positive attitude, willing to take initiative and get things done.
  • Skill in sizing and prioritizing market opportunities, building business cases, and using customer insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Degree in marketing or a related field; a technical degree is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer events and conferences.
