WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

As the Senior Product Manager for Watches in the UAE, you will be in charge of the development of the UAE marketing strategy for the watches category, defining forecast and 360 plan for product launches, developing action plans to support in range collections, and collaborating closely with commercial, supply, client and communication teams.

Reporting to the Head of Product & Client Marketing, and as an integral part of the wider MCC Community, you will be responsible for the following:

Implement Strategic Marketing Plan and Actions

  • Collaborate on the definition of the local strategic plan: product & client analysis, sales ambition, and action plan definition
  • Identify long-term opportunities and sources of growth

Animate Product Category

  • Collaborate with the supply team to define and revise assortments. Track closely stock rotation & negotiate replenishments with regional & international teams.
  • Revise sales forecasts on a monthly basis and collaborate with supply teams to ensure adequate product supply.
  • Work in collaboration with commercial teams to define and implement action plans in the boutique on identified category/collection/reference.
  • Be the key interlocutor and support for boutiques, build strong relationships with boutique deputy managers and animate the community.
  • Strengthen internal commitment, keeping the category top of mind via dynamic in-boutique animations, challenges, incentives.
  • Develop & lead in boutique trainings in collaboration with the Learning & Development department.
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to optimize the visibility of the collections in boutiques and optimize product performance.
  • Collaborate with communication team to support product awareness and desirability.
  • Collaborate with events team to implement activations in-boutique and beyond with a client centric approach focusing on awareness, desirability & personalized experience.
  • Elaborate monthly and yearly reports/analysis and follow-up product performance.

Launch New Products & Exclusivities

  • Define sales forecasts and assortments in collaboration with supply, commercial and Regional Marketing regional teams.
  • Define and implement 360 launch plan in coordination with other departments, work closely with communication, visual merchandising, CRM, Client Service, L&D, and Regional Marketing teams.
  • Train and support boutiques, POS, and commercial teams.
  • Follow up performances, target and qualitative feedback.
  • Brief and work in collaboration with the Regional Marketing team to develop creative Middle East exclusivities.

Master the Competition & Market Environment

  • Capture market insights (economy, demographics, technology).
  • Identify key / relevant competitors; understand their strategy (product offer, distribution strategy, price positioning, communication strategy, etc.).
  • Share industry news (press, websites, events, etc.).

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You are passionate about Watches and driving Product Performance with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the luxury industry, ideally in the Middle East Region.
  • You hold a degree Business, Management, Marketing, or any related field.
  • You have knowledge in assortment management, merchandising & business analysis.
  • You are curious and highly collaborative; in that, you have a strong record of cross-functional relationships that build trust and credibility with a diverse team of internal business partners.
  • You have a strong digital and analytical acumen; you can anticipate future consequences and trends accurately and draw credible pictures and visions.
  • You are organized, self-driven and resourceful. You enjoy working on multiple priorities and projects, managing your time effectively.
  • You are fluent preferably in multiple languages with spoken and written English mandatory (additional language skills are a plus).
