Job summary

Property Finder is seeking a Senior Product Manager in the UAE to lead our product-led growth agenda. You will own the roadmap for growth, coordinate a cross‑functional squad, and collaborate with SEO, data, engineering, design and marketing to deliver measurable results.

You will apply quantitative thinking, run experiments, leverage AI tools, and translate insights into scalable features that improve discovery, value delivery and return visits.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in product, most of it on consumer products at scale.
• Growth ownership with measurable impact on KPIs.
• Degree in mathematics, physics, engineering or CS; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the product‑led growth roadmap from discovery to delivery.
• Grow organic reach and content surfaces to improve discovery.
• Make product sharing effortless and viral to expand reach.
• Design first sessions to accelerate value for new visitors.
• Introduce engagement and gamification aligned with decision-making.
• Turn user contributions into richer product experiences through reviews and questions.
