  • Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to ideate, prioritize, and launch innovative features, including real-time trading capabilities, portfolio management tools, and educational resources.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure full adherence to U.S. financial regulations.
  • Advocate for users by ensuring a seamless and intuitive trading experience across all platforms.
  • Establish success metrics and evaluate product performance to fuel ongoing enhancements.

  • At least 6 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, trading platforms, or financial services, with expertise in equities or prime brokerage.
  • With understanding of U.S. equity trading, brokerage operations, and the competitive landscape.
  • Familiarity with brokerage solutions designed for institutional clients, encompassing key areas such as accounts, trading, risk management, and clearing and settlement.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, with a solid grasp of APIs, data feeds, and trading systems.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics tools to make informed decisions and optimize product outcomes.
  • Outstanding skills in communicating ideas, influencing stakeholders, and uniting teams around a common goal.
