Job summary

PER, a leading global fund, seeks a principal/senior principal to lead product management within client solutions in Abu Dhabi. You will drive investor materials, manage complex due diligence, and coordinate fund launches across investment, fundraising and operations teams.

You will guide junior team members, translate investment strategies into marketing content, and work with senior professionals and compliance stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality fundraising outputs.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in private markets product management, client solutions or fundraising support.
• Strong track record managing institutional fundraising processes including RFPs, DDQs and fund launches.
• Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of RFPs, DDQs and investor due diligence across private market strategies.
• Oversee fundraising workstreams: investor presentations, marketing materials, data rooms and fund documentation.
• Develop product messaging and materials for institutional investors.
• Coordinate new fund launches, bespoke mandates and SMA onboarding.
• Improve governance processes, CRM and fundraising reporting.
• Serve as senior contact across investment, client solutions, legal, compliance and operations.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and manage workloads.
