Job summary

PER, Abu Dhabi-based, seeks a principal in project management within client solutions to sit at the centre of the firm’s investment, fundraising and operational teams. You will oversee the management and launch of investment products across the platform.

You will lead complex investor materials, coordinate fund launches and ensure governance across private markets. The role requires strong leadership, analytical mindset and a track record in private markets fundraising and investor relations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in private markets product management or investor relations.
• Proven track record coordinating institutional fundraising processes.
• Ability to translate investment strategies into client-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of RFPs, DDQs and complex investor due diligence processes.
• Oversee fundraising workstreams, including investor presentations and data rooms.
• Develop product messaging and materials for institutional investors.
• Manage coordination and execution of new fund launches, bespoke mandates and SMA onboarding.
• Improve processes around product governance, CRM, investor information and fundraising reporting.
• Act as senior point of contact across investment, client solutions, legal, compliance and operations.
• Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members.
